We are gearing up for our 2018 Tim Hortons Bowl For Kids Sake that will be taking place on March 24 at the Elgin Bowling Lanes and Kemptville Bowling for 5 pin bowling.
These “fun”draisers are about having fun while raising money for a great cause! These pledge driven events help to provide mentoring programs to children in Leeds and Grenville.
Bowl for an hour and change a child’s life…forever!

Calling all Soup Lovers! Grab your appetite and your judging cap for the 10th annual Soupfest. Come out to the Municipal Centre on March 4th from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm where you will meet Chefs from restaurants in Eastern Ontario offering you their best soup from scratch. You decide which one will get your vote for the People’s Choice Award.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children. They can be purchased at the Municipal Centre, 2nd Floor Reception during office hours or by contacting Lynn Ford at 613-989-3042.

Beth Donovan Hospice is offering a free 3 part art workshop for children and families who have experienced the death of someone. Presented by BDH bereavement counsellor Margaret Lorrie Beaton and BDH volunteer Rose-Lynne McDougall.
Child must attend with a parent or guardian
Available to children under the age of 18 — no minimum age
Beth Donovan Hospice will provide all needed supplies
Families can choose to attend whichever sessions they want (one, two or all three)
Spaces are limited
Snacks and refreshments will be served

Four hours of fun for the whole family. Bring toonies for the hot dogs and maple syrup taffy, everything else is free. This is an outdoor event, please dress for the weather.
