I am happy to be returning home to host the Ben Hutton Shootout for Alzheimer’s this summer. Founded in 2017, this event’s goal is to support funding to the Alzheimer’s Society of Leeds, Grenville & Lanark to enable them to continue to support, improve and enhance the quality of life for those affected by the disease, including the care givers. The Alzheimer’s Society continues to support efforts to search for a cause and a cure. Since our event’s inception we have proudly raised over $41,000.
Calling all Soup Lovers! Grab your appetite and your judging cap for the 11th annual Soupfest. Come out to the Municipal Centre on March 2nd from 11:00 am to 2:00 pm where you will meet Chefs from restaurants in Eastern Ontario offering you their best soup from scratch. You decide which one will get your vote for the People’s Choice Award.
Tickets are $10 for adults and $5 for children. They will be able to be purchased at the Municipal Centre, 2nd Floor Reception during office hours or by contacting Lynn Ford at 613-989-3042.

We would love for you to be a part of our Fashion Show. On Friday, March 22nd , 2019 KYC is hosting our annual Fairy God Mother Fashion Show taking place at St. Michael’s Catholic High School from 7-9 pm. This event is in support of our Prom /Special Occasions Program.
To raise funds for continuing maintenance and improvements to our Dog Park!
With our community partners in hosting this event ,we are encouraging parents /guardians and all community adults to share this post and mark the date on your calendars . A serious and important topic that will provide awareness and important take away information.
