The North Grenville Chamber of Commerce welcomed 126 community members and business owners to network together, celebrate one another and hear directly from Mayor Nancy Peckford, North Grenville, during last week's 2023 Mayor's Address. 

Chamber members McDonald hosted McHappy day today and Karen our Chair and owner of Saltastic were on hand to help with todays event.

Spend the day exploring North Grenville, Kemptville and several charming hamlets, by following the Adirondack Chair Tour.
In June 2021, The Best Adirondack Chair Company in Kemptville placed five GIANT Adirondack chairs across North Grenville in several hamlets to promote tourism & support local businesses.
With the help of local artists and community groups, each chair was painted to reflect its community and affixed with QR codes with links to the #LoveNG business directory and web page.

We want to thank Get Cronk'd Fitness Studio for opening up their space for our "Alive after five" networking event.
We were treated to a wonderful spread of sandwiches and fruit and cheese platters and had a great group of entrepreneurs come out to share about their business. Coach Neil was on hand to discuss his newest hobby-Golf, Karen from Saltastic had a little practice session.
Will Pearl from Stevens Creek Shutter Company warmed up on the pull up bar to keep home self fit to install those blinds and paint cans.

All in all, it was tremendously successful day, we will be presenting the Foundation with a cheque for $4261.05 at the Rush Truck Center, Kemptville.
We are so proud of this community and the generosity of each and every person who came out to this event!

The 7th Annual Harry Pratt BBQ was a huge success. The weather was a little damp, but that didn’t stop the supporters. 
Thanks to Les Winters owner of Fat Les's Chip Stand who donated 100% of all the food and drinks to help us give a fabulous donation to the Kemptville District Hospital Foundation. Thanks to the folks at the Rush Truck Centre at the Kemptville location for allowing us once again to use their yard to hold our event and providing the space needed for the drive through.
