ANNOUNCEMENT!!
The 5th Annual Harry Pratt BBQ was a huge success. The weather was lovely, the crowds were big, and we sold out!
Thanks to Les Winters owner of Fat Les's Chip Stand who donated 100% of all the food and drinks to help us give a fabulous donation to the Kemptville District Hospital Foundation. Thanks to the folks at the Rush Truck Centre at the Kemptville location for allowing us once again to use their yard to hold our event and providing the space needed for the drive through. Also, a huge thank you is due to the dedicated Chamber of Commerce Board of Directors for donating their time and equipment.
Our theme this year was Donate, Drive and Distance! It was a fabulous way to do a drive through delivery of the yummy lunches, say hello to some old Pals and have some safe fun.
All in all, it was tremendously successful and on July 7th at 10:00 am we will be presenting the Foundation with a cheque for $3,765 at the Rush Truck Center, Kemptville. This was a record year and we hope to surpass it again next year. See you there!
