Welcome to 2025, Let Us talk Mental Health First Aid, Empowering organizations, communities, and individuals to advance mental wellness.
Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) is a globally recognized training program that empowers people to recognize when someone may be facing mental health challenges and know how to provide initial support.
It equips everyday people with the confidence and skills to respond calmly, offering meaningful help in difficult moments without needing to be an expert.
I am a seasoned mental health clinician with 35 years of experience, registered with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW). My professional journey spans diverse areas, including Justice, Housing, Homelessness, and specializing as a subject matter expert in Hoarding Disorder.
I am deeply passionate about reducing stigma, fostering education and awareness in Mental Health and Addictions, and advocating for family supports. I emphasize the use of plain, accessible language that empowers and engages individuals, enabling them to take active roles in their journeys toward well-being.
I am extending this invitation to initiate our conversation and ensure we set you up for success. Let us book some time to chat.
